We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, but to avoid a full charge of the scheduled service these adjustments need to be made 48 hours prior to your appointment. Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving enough notice we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. You are able to manage all of your appointments 24/7 by going to Our voicemail and text messages are available 24/7 and we will get back to you during normal business hours to reschedule. Any appointments that are no showed gives us the right to cancel or decline any future appointments. We do ask that you arrive 10 minutes early to change into a robe that we have provided.
